WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Hair units from our stock are returnable, when you provided it in original condition and packaging. Any item used like base cutting, hair styling, hair bleaching, hair coloring or perming is unavailable to return or exchange. Custom orders and overstock/limited edition hair units are final sale, which are unacceptable to return or exchange.
