CAN I SHOWER GO TO THE GYM SWIM WITH MY HAIR SYSTEM/WIG ON?

You can go shower, gym or swimming with hair system on.  However, the adhesive or tape need proper time to bond. Then they can’t be exposed to moisture. We recommend waiting 24-48 hours after installation to do physical activity or get it wet.
